This Privacy Policy explains how The Choicer Voicer Online ("we", "us", "our", or "the Site") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit choicervoicergame.net (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect a minimal amount of information needed to operate the Site:
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, operating system, device type, country (city-level), and timestamps. This is collected anonymously through privacy-respecting analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files placed stored to your device to remember preferences (e.g. theme, fullscreen state) and to measure traffic.
- Microphone access (client-side only): when you click "Play" to load the embedded game, your browser asks for microphone permission. Audio is processed inside the embedded third-party game page (v.thechoicervoicers.com) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not record, store, or have access to your microphone audio.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To measure aggregate traffic and understand which pages are useful.
- To detect abuse, bots, and security incidents.

3. Cookies

- v.thechoicervoicers.com — hosts the playable game build. Microphone audio is processed inside that page; their privacy policy applies to data handled there.
- Google Fonts — serves fonts from Google's CDN.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Site at the edge and provides DDoS protection.
5. Google AdSense
If we display ads through Google AdSense, Google (and its partners) may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Standard ads remain subject to Google's ad policies.
6. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (EEA / UK / California / etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, most requests resolve quickly. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
8. Data Retention
Server logs (which may include IP address) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse detection, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, edge DDoS protection, principle of least data) to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
